How does the website design process work?

The process usually starts with an enquiry. We then discuss your business, goals, content and website needs. After that, we plan the structure, design and build the website, review it with you, make refinements, launch the site and provide training.

How do I start a project with Sorin Creative?

I already have a website but I need help with marketing materials. Can you help me and how does it work?

Absolutely. Plenty of our clients come to us with a site already in place and just need a hand keeping their brand looking sharp — social graphics, promo banners, email and flyer design, and the occasional landing page or site update.

How it works depends on how often you need us. For a one-off or the odd job here and there, our ad-hoc support is the simplest option at $100/hr — just tell us what you need and we'll quote the time before we start.

If you find yourself needing regular help — monthly promos, fresh creative, ongoing tweaks — a Growth Care plan usually works out better value and gives you priority turnaround. It bundles a set of branded assets and support hours each month, so your marketing stays consistent without you having to think about it.

Either way, we'll start by understanding what you're trying to achieve, then recommend the option that actually fits — no overcommitting you to something you don't need.

I don't have a logo or a brand just yet. I'm just starting my business. Can you help with branding and website design?

Absolutely. We can start by designing your logo and brand direction, then move onto your website. Branding is quoted separately to your website build, and we'll walk you through how it all fits together.

Why do some services say “from” pricing?

“From” pricing gives a starting point. The final price depends on the size, content, complexity and requirements of your project.

What should I prepare before starting a website project?
